Every time I’m presented with a new transaction, I give my client “the talk” about rates.  My objective is always to start with the very best rates. If the borrower or property don’t qualify for bank rates, then  I go to alternative options. If private money is what’s required, I can provide that service. The point is that I do my best to secure the most attractive financing for every client.

I recently had a client with a lovely multi-unit residential building.  His last couple of loans had been at very high interest rates. So, he assumed that he belonged in that world.  I gave him “the talk”, then started the search. Ultimately, my client was very pleased that we were able to secure very competitive bank rates for him.  Certainly not what he expected.

Now, I can’t promise that result for every transaction.  But, that’s the way we do business at Integrity Mortgage.  We assume the best while working for our clients.
